Welcome to WDTM. By accessing or using our Chrome Extension and associated website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. AI is Fallible
The explanations provided by WDTM are generated by artificial intelligence. They may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or misinterpretations. You must not rely on this tool for mission-critical, medical, legal, or financial decisions.
2. Fair Use & API Abuse
Usage limits are enforced to ensure equitable access. Any attempts to bypass token limits, reverse-engineer the API, or deploy automated scrapers against the service will result in an immediate, permanent ban.
3. Payments & Cancellations
Subscriptions are billed in advance. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, your premium access will remain active until the absolute end of your current billing cycle.
4. Service Availability
WDTM is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for periods of downtime caused by upstream AI providers, server maintenance, or network errors.
5. Intellectual Property
The software, extension code, branding, and proprietary explanation algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of WDTM. You may not distribute, copy, or resell the service.
